I have been working on this story called C note for quite some time now (years) The idea is simple enough, the story follows the life of a hundred dollar bill, from one transaction to another. Needless to say, the story of $100 is going to be different than say...the story of $1 or a $20.I cant seem to figure out a clever enough ending for this story, so I thought I would throw this out there,if anyone is interested in submitting an idea for this story, and it is accepted by the creatives (myself) I would be willing to give a writer's credit and a share in the page rate if it got printed.

You just need an ending? Do we get to read the set-up? It sounds like an incredible idea (I saw a foreign film once that followed a coke can through a city, but this is a whole new level). I'd love to take a crack at this... please let me know!

Hi josh, cool.I will upload the 2-4 pages I have in various levels of completion. As with most of my stories it has an idea but not much of a plot.
I recently saw this interview with Rod Serling(Twighlight Zone)and he was explaining how he starts writing a story with the ending in mind and writes around it,easier said than done.
Anyways stay tuned and thanx for your interest.

That's one theory...I tend to follow the advice of Bradbury who said to create good characters, set them running, and try to keep up. They usually lead me to a better ending than I could have thought of on my own. At the very least I always get a good surprise :)
Feel free to send me any info you want to. How long is this story trying to be?

Oh, and I didn't mention it before, but I reeeeeally dig the art style you've got going on.

Have you seen an Australian crime thriller called TWO HANDS ? I can recommend it highly. Anyway there is an element to the story where a bank note that gets defaced by one of the goons (who draws on it) surfaces again and again throughout the story.
I think the note being unique in some way makes it easier to track and the other point is that the story (in that case) isn't only about the bank note but it is a piece of detail in a bigger story.
If you can't think of a plot that focuses on the bank-note maybe you could weave it into another story? Or better yet, use it as a means of connecting a series of otherwise unrelated short stories... maybe even some that you have already done?
